The Two Registers
Every hour of a trip falls into one of two registers. We plan for the difference.
When you are seen together
Before an event is confirmed, we agree the details that decide how it goes: who will be there, the dress code, whether cameras are expected, how you will be introduced, and what she should know about the company you keep. She arrives prepared and at ease in the room. If the seating changes or the dinner runs long, that is normal, and handled.
When the time is yours
No guest list, no audience. We settle the practical layer before she arrives: the restaurant or the villa, the timing, her travel, so the evening asks nothing of you. What you did that day is yours to share or not.
An event week usually holds both, which is why every brief separates the public hours from the private ones.
Yours alone
A free evening
Most working trips leave exactly one gap: the evening between the last meeting and the first flight.
Tell us the city and the date. We propose companions who are free that evening, genuinely want to meet you, and match what you described: the language, the conversation, the look. You choose from their portfolios, she confirms, and we book the table and set the timing. If your day overruns, we move the evening rather than cancel it.

A public event
A gala, an awards dinner, a sponsor's table. You will know half the room, and the half you know will notice who you arrive with.
This is the arrangement we prepare most carefully. Before anything is confirmed, you tell us about the event, the guest list, and what the dress calls for. She is briefed on all of it: the names worth knowing, the subjects to avoid, how you prefer to be introduced, and when you intend to leave. If the event is photographed, you decide in advance whether she appears in frame beside you or steps aside. Both are normal requests.

An event week
Certain weeks put your whole world in one city: the programme, the receptions around it, and the dinners that matter more than the programme. Those weeks are dated far in advance, which makes them the easiest arrangement to do well.
You brief us once. We split the itinerary into its public and private hours: the receptions and the gala on one side; the dinners and the mornings that are nobody's business on the other. One companion carries the whole week, briefed differently for each part. When the programme shifts, the arrangement shifts with it. You never re-explain.

Yours alone
A weekend or a journey
The other use of a trip is to extend it. The conference ends Friday lunchtime; the flight home can leave Monday.
For a weekend, we arrange around a destination: the coast, a resort, the mountains, and she meets you there or travels with you. For a longer journey, one companion joins the full itinerary, city to city, with her flights, documents, and timing handled by us throughout. Summer runs to the coast. Winter runs to the Alps.

A standing arrangement
Some briefs are not about one trip. You are in the same three cities every month, or you are looking for a particular woman: a language, a background, a presence you have not found.
A retained search works ahead of your diary instead of after it. We look beyond the companions immediately available, propose only when the fit is genuine, and keep your brief open until the right introduction exists. Where both prefer continuity, the same companion is arranged across repeat trips.
