1. Who we are

This website and the VIP Models Concierge service are operated by Elite IP Distribution Inc., a Delaware corporation ("VMC", "we"). Legal notices may be sent to [email protected].

2. What the service is

VMC provides private introductions between verified adult clients and adult travel companions for social occasions: dinners, events, weekends, and international journeys. VMC arranges travel companionship only. It does not offer, arrange, price, or sell intimacy, romance, or any other personal outcome, and nothing on this website or in any communication is to be read as doing so.

3. Eligibility and verification

The service is available to adults only. Every client completes identity verification before introductions are proposed, and every companion is verified before she is represented. We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion, with fees handled as set out in the applicable confirmation.

4. Fees, deposits, and cancellation

Published figures on this website are starting points; the precise fee for any arrangement is quoted privately and confirmed in writing. A 50 percent deposit confirms an arrangement and the balance is settled before travel begins. Cancellation and date-change terms are stated in each written confirmation before any deposit is taken, and those stated terms govern.

5. Conduct standard

Clients agree to treat companions and staff with courtesy at all times. Harassment, pressure toward anything outside the accepted brief, intoxication that endangers or degrades an occasion, or any unlawful conduct entitles VMC to end an arrangement immediately without refund and to decline further service.

6. Confidentiality, both directions

We keep client information confidential as described in the Privacy Policy. Clients agree, equally, not to publish, share, or disclose companions' identities, photographs, or personal information. A breach of this mutual obligation by either side is a material breach of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text and campaign photography, belongs to VMC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMC's aggregate liability arising from any arrangement is limited to the fees paid for that arrangement, and VMC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes are notified to active clients before they take effect.
