Safety and Consent

1. What this page is

The standard both sides of every VMC arrangement can rely on. It binds clients and VMC alike, and it exists so that nobody involved is ever guessing.

2. Consent is the architecture

Every companion reads the complete brief and accepts the arrangement herself before anything is confirmed. Nothing proceeds without her yes; declining carries no penalty and never counts against her. The accepted brief is the whole of what has been agreed; nothing outside it is owed, implied, or to be requested.

3. The scope, stated once more

VMC arranges travel companionship only. Requests for anything beyond companionship, before or during an arrangement, are a breach of the conduct standard and end the arrangement without refund.

4. During every arrangement

Both client and companion have one point of contact reachable throughout. Either may raise a concern at any time; we act on it immediately, up to and including ending the arrangement and arranging her travel home at no cost to her.

5. Zero tolerance

Pressure, harassment, intimidation, and any unlawful conduct end the relationship with VMC permanently. This applies in both directions and is enforced without exception.

6. Verification protects everyone

Clients are identity-verified before portfolios open; companions are verified before representation. Two verified adults meet; neither is ever exposed to a stranger.

7. Reporting

Anything that concerns you, during an arrangement or after it, can be reported to your point of contact or to [email protected]. Reports are read by a person, taken seriously, and answered.

8. Consent records

Acceptances (the terms, the conduct standard, and each companion's yes to each brief) are captured and retained as records, so what was agreed is never a matter of memory.
