2. What we collect

From clients: your name, contact details, country of residence, the briefs you write us, and the identity information taken once at verification. From companion applicants: the application details you submit, the photographs you provide, and links you choose to share. Every item exists because a step of the service requires it.

3. What we use it for

To verify identity once, to prepare and manage arrangements, to communicate with you, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with third parties for their marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles.

4. Who sees it

Access inside VMC is on a need-to-know basis: the person managing your arrangement. Companions receive only what a confirmed step requires, as described on the How It Works page. Service providers who process data for us (hosting, secure storage) act under contract and only on our instructions. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.

5. Photographs

Companion applicants' photographs are seen by the screening team and, after acceptance, by verified clients through private portfolios. We never publish them on the open internet. Unsuccessful applications, photographs included, are deleted.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as the service or the law requires. You may request deletion of your records at any time; we delete what the law does not oblige us to keep, and we confirm when it is done.

7. International transfers

We operate internationally. Where personal information crosses borders, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and hold it to the same standard everywhere.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to us and we will act on any request the law supports.

9. Security

Information is held under restricted access with encryption in transit and at rest where supported. Identity documents and payment details never travel through this website or by email; they move only through the approved private process.
